Building Fabric + Finish on a foundation of integrity, Shonte’ Walton is a distinguished interior designer who is driven by the life and design principle of balance. She believes that there is a harmony that exists between function, aesthetics and the natural environment. Shonte' leans on a strong desire to ensure that underrepresented communities are not forgotten. She also wants to create spaces around the world that are reflective of our innate cultural similarities and differences.

To date, Shonte' holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Dillard University. She also has a Master of Interior Architecture degree from Chatham University. Additionally, she has years of career experience across the project management, real estate, and design industry. Shonte’ is skilled in the art of architectural principles, interior space planning, and large-scale corporate facility management. Moreover, she began her professional career working for the State of Tennessee prior to starting her business in 2020. ​
